It consists of step by step division of the entire process and is as explained below:

Contacting us

The system is very easy to reach us, whereby we have made ourselves available to you with just a call or a click away. The call will be attended by our executive who will record your details, forward it to the concerned department and we will fix a survey day suitable for you. You can also reach us by filling a query form available on our website.

survey

Our survey officers will certainly come to your premises and will be equipped with all the necessary equipment which will help them in assessing the goods to be transported.

guess

We will come up with the estimated cost for transfer through email / physical copy. Upon the consent of the customer, we will finalize the transfer transaction, and brief you about the requirements and functioning. We will plan the entire moving process as per the requirement.

confirmation

We will book the date and time once the booking is confirmed.

packing

The packing crew will reach your premises along with the supervisor on the day and time as confirmed. Our team is well trained in all the techniques of packing depending upon the fragility of the items involved. Suppose if it is a glass item, the team packs the articles using multi-layer protective packing by means of cushioning and if it is a white item then the cords are secured first, and consequently it is standard procedure Packed accordingly.

One point contact

We assist you with a single point of contact on your behalf and will coordinate and assist till delivery and unpacking at the destination.

transportation

The Goods Carrier will be placed on the premises during packing as agreed upon and then all packed goods are loaded on board the Carrier, and the consignment is then transported as planned.

tracking

The driver or helper of the freight carrier is in constant touch with your one point of contact and is able to inform you about the status of the delivery when asked.

destination

The offloading crew will reach your premises on the arrival of the carrier and offload the goods and make arrangements at the new premises as per your requirement.

Customer Care

In case of any issue arising due to any reason your one point contact will coordinate with the required team so that it is resolved within due time, so that you do not face any inconvenience. Also all claims for damages or loss are dealt with on priority basis, so that your trust in us remains "spotless".
